Not knowing how a thing is created adds to ones attraction to it. In the case of art, it makes you scan all the details of the work, looking for clues to how it was done. In this guy’s case, Sakura, I’m sure it’s all about the lighting, but what lighting? Is it filtered sunlight that makes his subjects so luminescent? Or does he use some sort of reflector sheet to pop the shadows?
