I kid you not. Paper models have been around forever. Edmonton used to have the coolest paper model museum in Old Strathcona years ago. (I became quite adept at making fighter jets for and with my kids.) Anyway, this is a site with cut-out paper models for raw and cooked steak. It even comes with plate and cutlery (the fancy kind – none of this nouveau Ikea crap).
