For my 100th post in this blog, I’ve picked a craftsman who comes at his art from a whole other direction than paint or computers or cameras. You’ve got to admire great woodworkers. So much of what they do is dependent on a solid foundation of physics, materials science and good old fashioned engineering, though I wouldn’t doubt for a minute that half of them are in it for the smell.
