Isn’t this illegal? I can’t see the U.S. government being too keen on their cash being cut up deliberately for any reason, high-falutinly artistic or not.
Be that as it may, the guy knows his stuff. This ain’t your grade six art class. For me, this just another example of what a highly creative mind can do within the strictures of a particular medium. Give a guy like this anything, a box of clothespins, a bag of shredded T-shirts, a can of lima beans, and you’ll end up with something cool.
