There are truckloads of photomoders out there who are either image hijackers (steering the image to their own selfish purpose, ignoring the value of the original) or deconstructivists (where the only remaining value is the shock of loss). Rare are the guys like Mark Traughber who have a) a bottomless sense of humor b) actual artistic technique. He uses trashing as just another paintbox tool – as is evidenced by the fact that he’s quite happy to trash his own drawn images.
