Dorian Gourg

This is one of those nippy fall mornings when, if I had my druthers, I’d roll back into bed and pull the covers up to my ear holes. Fall is a two sided blade, cutting your summer plans out from under you, and then sweeping back and cutting your summer chores out too. But after a day of hurrying to meet the scythe’s deadline, it would sure be nice to hop back in bed and enjoy the amber morning light coming in the window with the clatter of brittling leaves, and pretend I still have time.
