You know, you’ve got to applaud artists who use a medium to bring an inner vision to life and don’t seem to care what tools they use to get there, as opposed to those who “find the piece” after the work has begun. I guess that would be a priori creation. Yeah, I know, both methods are valid and hey, do whatever works for you. I just love to see a fully planned and executed piece. It kind of restores my faith that great art isn’t some kind of fluke of perception that happens between artist, execution, and audience.
