British Folk Week: Afrocelt Sound System, Whirl-y-Reel

I used to pick up my kids from school blasting this in the car. I guess I had it a little loud, as they could hear every note way out in the school field. Is it British folk? Most people would call it world music, but watch me not care. The founder, Simon Emmerson, is British; there’s great swaths of killer bodhran by James McNally, who was born in London, and hey, that’s good enough for me.
